According to volunteer Bill Norton in early 2002: "Behind the Calvert High School there are three or four cemeteries depending on how you count them. As you walk away from the back of the high school you first come to the Jewish Cemetery which is well maintained. To the left of that is a small plot of Nixon burials, also well maintained. Between that and the Hispanic Cemetery are scatterings of graves in a thickly wooded area. One grave is that of my great-grandfather, Charles M. Norton. There you will also find the magnificent Orviss mausoleum which looks like something out of an Indiana Jones movie."
