This map shows, among other things, the location of the old public school across Barton Street from the park, the location of the new public school at the corner of White & Hanna Streets, and the International & Great Northern Railroad going down the middle of Cedar Street and paralleling the Houston & Texas Central Railroad through most of Calvert.
