R.W. was born and raised in Henderson County. He was the son of Andrew
and Hassie Blanton Fuller. He was married to the late Ruby Leota Hawkins. They
had no children. At the time of his death he was employed by the City of Athens.
R.W. not only served his county but the people of Athens.
